Rental Policies

Equipment Rental Periods

  • Half Day
  • Four consecutive hours out
  • Overnight
  • Monday-Friday, out after 5 p.m. one day and in before 8 a.m. the next day (max. 4 hours use)
  • Full Day
  • Option 1: 24 hours out (max. 8 hours use)
  • Option 2: anytime Saturday through Monday 8 a.m. (max. 8 hours use)
  • Week
  • 7 consecutive days (max. 40 hours use)
  • Month
  • 4 consecutive weeks (max. 160 hours use)

Inflatables Rental Periods

  • Weekday
  • Monday-Friday, 24 hours out *
  • Weekend
  • Anytime Saturday through Monday 10 a.m.

* Friday inflatable rentals must be returned by 9 a.m. Saturday.

Responsibility/Care of Equipment:

Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from pick-up/delivery to return.  All items should be secured and protected at all times.  There will be additional charges for missing or damaged equipment, parts, or items. 

All rentals are made with the understanding that normal wear and tear is included in the rent.  However, there will be charges for any damage from misuse or improper care. 

Our rental rate structure anticipates all equipment being returned clean.  There may be additional charges if rental items require extensive cleaning after return.

Identification:

A valid driverís license, address, and phone number are required for all rentals.  Payment types and deposit may vary depending on license and address.

Payment/Deposit:

Payments are required at the time the rental item is picked up.  Deposits are required for any item rented unless credit has been established in advance.  The deposit can be an approved credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) or an open check.  Cash deposits are accepted only on certain rental items. Deposits may vary per item.

Credit:

With proper application and approval, a commercial credit account may be arranged.  Terms are net 30 days.

Availability/Reservations:

Please call for item availability.  Reservations are welcome.

Delivery:

We can deliver any piece of equipment for a reasonable rate.  Charges will be based on the distance from our store to the delivery address.

Metered Items:

Our rate structure for rental items equipped with hour meters is based on 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, and 160 hours per month, unless otherwise specified in the rental agreement.  There will be charges for additional hour meter usage.

Fuel:

Larger equipment is sent out full of fuel; we ask that it be returned full.  If equipment is not returned full, there will be charges for refueling in addition to the cost of fuel.

Tires:

The customer is responsible for all tire damage or flats.  If we are called for on-site tire repair, the customer will be charged.

Pricing:

Rent will be charged for the amount of time rental items are out, whether used or not.  If you encounter any operational problems, call us immediately.  No credits or adjustments will be made unless we are notified as soon as the problem is encountered.  To get the best value for your money, return all items on or before the due-in date and time on your rental contract.
